Jean Louis is a highly skilled wireless and networking expert with a deep specialization in enterprise-scale wireless design, security, and technical troubleshooting. As a Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE #397), he brings over a decade of hands-on experience in designing and optimizing complex wireless infrastructures for businesses and organizations across multiple industries.
His expertise spans enterprise Wi-Fi design, network security, SD-WAN, and data center networking.
Jean holds multiple industry-recognized certifications from leading vendors, including HPE Aruba Networking, CWNP, Cisco, and Ekahau. His extensive technical knowledge and vendor expertise enable him to design robust and scalable networking solutions tailored to business needs.
Paul has over 20 years hands on experience creating solutions for Wireless Networking, Network Design, and Server Infrastructure. He worked for years in Healthcare I.T. in some of the most challenging technology environments.

Lam believes a good business relationship starts with listening. He has spent 19 years in food service, industrial and agricultural sales and client management. In all three industries, success came from showing up, following through and knowing each customer's business as well as they do. As Sales Director at WDS, he brings that same care to every client. He works closely with local business owners to understand how their operations actually run, and he makes sure the tools we build fit those needs. Lam stays involved from the first conversation through launch and well beyond, so clients always have someone who knows their business and answers quickly.
